We try our best to deliver orders during busy period of Thanksgiving and Christmas but expect some delays due to high volume of shipments. Also, certain SALE ITEMS that have been customized for fitting/size can only be exchanged or store credit is issued for such items. Refunds are not issued on certain SALE ITEMS customized for fitting/size.
