Return & Refund Policy


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a partial or full refund to the original payment method.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We may accept returns & exchanges after 30 days under special circumstances.

Thanksgiving & Christmas

There will be a one-time fee of $50 for items that were shipped with EXPEDITED DELIVERY and then requested for a return & refund. The refund will be issued once the items are returned and $50 will be deducted from the total per order value.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels attached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at or call customer service on 1(800) 516 4112.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Sale items may be eligible for return. We may run promotions that include free delivery and return for sale items. We clearly display on our homepage whether the return item is return eligible or not or you can also review the promotion details to establish whether the sale item is return eligible or not. Please review ‘Return & Delivery’ tab on product page for further details. Exchange (if applicable) 
Sale Items may be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, click here, use your order number and email address to log in and initiate the exchange process. You can also email us at or call us on 1(800) 516 4112. 


If the product is eligible for a free return, initiate the return process by clicking here. If for some reason you are having difficulty initiating the return process, you can always request return shipping label by sending an email to or by calling us on 1(800) 516 4112. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it does not qualify for free return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item that does not qualify for free return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
