How long does the shipping take?

As a rule, the inland shipping takes up to 2-3 business days. Can I return an item from your store if I wasn’t satisfied with it?

Please keep in mind that in order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, your items must be in the original packaging, unused and generally in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Will I have to pay for the shipping in case I initiate a return of a product?

Therefore, no worries if you selected a wrong color or size: there will be no problem to return your item.

How can I return my order?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We may accept returns & exchanges after 30 days under special circumstances.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels attached.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

No. As soon as you place an order, we immediately start processing it and getting your items ready for shipping. Therefore, no cancellations can be made upon payment.
