If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We may accept returns & exchanges after 30 days under special circumstances.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels attached. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below. 

 

  1. If you have multiple orders that need to be returned, please use only one order # to create shipping label, put all the orders in one package and return orders using ONLY one label.
  2. Have your order number ready.
  3. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen. 
  4. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
  5. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
  6. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
  7. We’ll deduct $4.99 from your refund to cover shipping costs if your order is below $50.
