If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of the order. You can return your product in exchange for a different product, partial or full refund to the original payment method.
Thanksgiving & Christmas
There will be a one-time fee of $50 for items that were shipped with EXPEDITED DELIVERY and then requested for a return & refund. The refund will be issued once the items are returned and $50 will be deducted from the total per order value.
To complete your return, click here and enter your order number and email address to log in and initiate the return process. We have made the return process easier for the customers to return orders without having to contact us.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned & exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned & exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use

- Give the details of the product that you would like to return or exchange
- We will send you the return shipping label within 24-48 hours
- Refunds can take from 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement
